Thermocouple&RTD: Easily mounted CORE-PULLING TYPE STRUCTURE:

    Through the thread connection between the sensor parts and the outer protection sleeve parts,it may easily pull out the thermocouple sensor for testing,maintenance and removal without stopping the furnace and dismantling the outer protection sleeve from the epuipment,as a matter of fact,it won't influence the normal production.

    The respective linking parts between the sensor and the outer protective sleeve may satisfy the needs in various occasions through different kinds of the structures.

The spring-load type pressed structure to enhance the heat responsive period:

when there is a clearance between the sensor and the outer protection sleeve,through the air transmission,the exterior temperature is certain to delay the heat responsive period,thus a slight temperature change will not transmit onto the control instrument and meter in time.whereas the spring-load type structure may make the thermocouple sensor tightly stick to the measuring end of the external protection sleeve and enhance the heat responsive period.
